Merchandise Return Policy
All returns must have prior approval and a return authorization number before product will be accepted. Any returns MUST BE shipped in ORIGINAL CARTON with ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS. Items sent freight collect will not be accepted. No credit will be used for items returned without following the above instructions. Please email us within 15 days of delivery for further instructions.
Restocking Charge
A 25% restocking charge with prepaid freight will apply for all returns made for the following reasons:
* Products were not delivered in a timely basis through the fault of the freight carrier.
* Customer does not want to assemble the product if applicable.
* Color or size of product.
NOTE: Additional restocking charge will apply if product is returned without prior approval, shipment refused or customer is unavailable for delivery.
