Warranty Information
All products carry our warranties as follows:
Seating - Room2Work will replace all unaltered non-moving metal components, which proves to be defective for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. Plastic components, casters, pneumatic cylinders and upholstrey materials will be warranted for a period of 2 years. All control mechanisms will be warranted for a period of 5 years.
All other products will be warranted for a period of 5 years against defects in materials or workmanship of the components if these imperfections prevent the utilization of the product.
Warranties are limited to the replacement of the defective components with no assembly labor cost to be included.
These warranties apply under normal use conditions only and does not apply to defects caused by negligence, misuse or intentional damage.
Report all defects in writing to our home office address.
NOTE: All warranties apply to the original purchases and are non-transferable.
